The Choral Department at Mount Pleasant has a very rich and strong tradition of excellence over the years. The program is divided into four choral groups which are all open only by audition. To audition for a choral group at Mount Pleasant, please email Mrs. Hanson and make arrangements. The largest choral groups are credit bearing courses which meet during the school day. Concert Choir (non auditioned) and Show Choir (auditioned) are open to all students in grades 9 - 12. Treble Choir is a non auditioned choir for Soprano/Alto voices or unchanged voices, that also meets during the school day for credit. Chorale is an auditioned ensemble open to students in grades 10 - 12.
